James joined the business in 2008 as Operations Manager after 16 years in the health charity sector. Since joining the company, he has overseen the growth of the company since then, despite the recession, securing new clients in such a way to allow the business to grow organically.
He is very much the face of the business, and will probably be your first point of contact.
Cleaning Team Supervisor
Rob joined the company in 2013 after a very succesful career in retail management, but wanted a change of pace. He now supervises the cleaning side of the company, and is on site at most developments we look after every week. As such, he is generally the eyes of the business as he attends our developments more regularly than anyone else. He is very knowledgeable, and will be able to answer your questions or concerns, and escalate them if they require it.
Landscaping & Grounds Team Supervisor
Gary joined the team in 2019 as a ground maintenance operative after working in a variety of grounds and property maintenace positions in both the private and public section. Since then, he has risen to the role of supervisor, and is the face of the grounds team on site. He is very approachable, and will be able to answer most question you have.
Property Maintenance Team Supervisor
David joined the team in early 2019 as property maintenance supervisor as part of a company expansion. He comes from a background of propertty maintenance, particularly guttering and roofing repairs, in both the private and public sector. His role is very much a roving brief, and sees him undertaking a wide variety of jobs, from fitting or adjusting a door closer, to overseeing the re-roofing of a building
